Kids Nutrition is one area of focus that many mums are keen on. In its 3rd edition, this popular event brings mum together to learn and interact with a chef or foodie in an interactive and fun environment.
How our children eat today will have a striking impact on their health throughout adolescence and adulthood. It is a known fact that consuming nutritious foods helps children grow well and feel good about who they are.
That said, this event aims to give mums a good nutritional foundation . Sponsored by our good friends at Top Fry, this years the event will focus on:

For this event, we are excited and honoured to be hosting Award winning foodie Phyllis Maleche of Delicious Kenya who is also a mum with immense passion for food.
ABOUT PHYLLIS MALECHE
She is the founder of “Tupike” Magazine that was initiated in December 2006.
Tupike was the first ever step-by-step, full color cookery publication to be produced in Kenya. She is also the brains behind the award winning “Delicious Kenya” Cookbook Series that was initiated in 2010.
Her passion lies in giving the families in Kenya nutritious, healthy options that ultimately keep them away from unhealthy eating habits, which are slowly creeping into the Kenyan diet.
She believes that the popularity of Delicious Kenya Cookbooks proves beyond doubt that food and cooking is an important part of our culture that deserves more than a casual mention.
