Pawpaw Puree

Ingredient

  • 1 ripe papaya

Method

  1. Halve the papaya, scoop out the black seeds and discard them.
  2. Then use a small, sharp knife to cut the skin away from the flesh.
  3. Slice the fruit and mash to a puree with a fork. To vary the texture, add baby rice or mix with mashed banana.
