Pear and Apple puree

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced

Method

  1. Place the pears and apples in a small saucepan with one tablespoon of water.
  2. Cook over a low heat
  3. Stir occasionally, until the fruit is tender.
  4. Puree in a blender.
