The Fit & Fun Event (FEB 2018) was about encouraging mums to embrace exercise, have fun while at it and even find ways to incorporate the kids. It is important for mums to choose a healthy lifestyle as they are the first role models for their children. The event was fun! And as always Jossy Zumba and his partner Nikkofitti Zumba did an excellent job in taking mums through some invigorating Zumba routines. Kwese TV was there to keep the kids entertained alongside their mascot “Puss in Boots” and showcased their bouquet of channels that guarantees wholesome family entertainment – some mums and kids were lucky to win great hampers from them. Mums and Kids got free health checkups courtesy of M.P. Shah Hospital including weight checks and diabetes screening plus eyes, ears , nose and throat checkup plus eye checkup from Lions.
