“Scale your Business event” was hosted for Mums and Women in business Featuring Award Winning Joanne Mwangi- Yelbert CEO PMS Group. The event leveraged on her 22 years’ experience of growing and scaling her business including tips on what it takes to scale, how to do it, opportunities women are missing out on and what is holding us back as women.
At the end of the session, the women got to appreciate the importance of working on the business rather than in the business and why without growing a team and delegating it would be impossible to grow or even scale. It is impossible to share everything that was highlighted at the event or the energy in the room you had to be there to feel it!
