Time: Assembly 6.45 a.m. (Bib Collection and Warm Up)

Run or Walk Start time: 7.45 a.m.

Distances: 5 km, 10kms and 15kms

Zumba Start Time: 10.00 a.m.

Terms and Conditions

ORGANISER & ELIGIBILITY

1. The PinkTober Event is open to women and girls only.
2. By signing up and providing personal data, participants (“Participants”) agree to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for communications (e.g., emails, SMS, calls).
3. Once registration is made, there will be No refunds.
4. Entry transfers or category changes is allowed once registration is confirmed.
5. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., political unrest, weather, pandemic, terrorism).
6. The Organiser is not liable for loss or inconvenience during the event.
7. Participants take part at their own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for any injury, death, or property loss. Medical consultation before participation is strongly advised.
8. Participants are encouraged to monitor their health prior to the Event.
9. The Organiser may use any media (photos, videos, etc.) from the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

ENTITLEMENTS

All Run/ Walk participants will receive:

• Event Bib
• Finishers Medal
• Complimentary Bandana

All Zumba participants will receive:

• Complimentary Bandana

By registering, Participants agree to the following:

• (a) Waive and release all parties involved (including Organiser, sponsors and volunteers) from liability.
• (b) Confirm they are physically fit and prepared.
• (c) Understand that entry fees are non-refundable and non-deferrable.
