MUCHA MLINGO
Mucha is the Founder of Premier Training Services Ltd (PTS). Premier Training Services provides high impact training solutions in Sales, Service & Emotional Intelligence
Mucha has a Masters in Finance from the University of Brunel and she is currently working to complete a Masters in Organisational Psychology with the University of London.
Mucha has over 10 years’ experience in training & curriculum development.
She is a Certified Trainer of Trainers. She is also a Sales Training Practitioner & she is a licenced Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
Six Seconds is a Not For Profit Organisation whose primary focus is to support people to create positive change. As a Six Seconds EQ Practitioner, Mucha utilises the Six Seconds EQ Model, a robust and practical tool for training & coaching.
Mucha is an active member of the Kenya Institute of Management, The Women on Boards Network and the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) where she is the Vice-Chair, Membership.
She has been a featured guest on Kenya Broadcasting Corporation’s Good Morning Kenya Show. She is also a columnist for KIM’s Management Magazine where she discusses matters relating to Sales, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence.
Mucha is zealous about ‘Always Driving Impact.’ She believes that people are a company’s most valuable asset and she is passionate about designing dynamic training solutions that equip individuals with the skills necessary to improve performance & increase productivity.
